Welcome to 3Bs Fitness!

I'm Charlotte, the owner of 3Bs Fitness. 


I’m passionate about helping women achieve their fitness goals, boost their energy, and feel amazing! Whether you're navigating pregnancy, recovering postpartum, training for a specific event, or just looking to improve your overall fitness, I’m here to provide expert guidance.


If you're unsure about what exercises are safe during pregnancy, need support with postnatal recovery, are new to fitness, or just need a change, I'll create a personalised training plan tailored specifically to your needs. My aim is to make fitness enjoyable, effective, and sustainable for you, no matter where you're starting from.


I was inspired to start 3Bs Fitness after having my two children. As someone who’s always been active, I found that during pregnancy, I couldn’t continue my regular HIIT and netball routines, and I struggled to find trustworthy advice on safe exercise during this time - Instagram fitness influencers, aren't always right! It spurred me on to train as a personal trainer, specialising in pre/post natal fitness, so that I could use my passion to help others, and Bump, Baby and Beyond (3Bs) was born!


 I hold a Level 3 Personal Training qualification, with additional certifications in nutrition and weight management, and programming for pre and post natal women. I’m committed to helping you develop a fitness routine that’s safe, effective, and enjoyable, and together, we’ll work to achieve your goals - leaving you stronger, fitter, and ready to face whatever challenges come next.
