Restore: for those looking to rebuild after birth, or returning to fitness after a longer break. Gentle strengthening and low impact cardio, with a focus on core and pelvic floor, to help restore your body and find your confidence. Suitable from your 6/8 week doctor sign off.
Thursdays, 10:30 - 11:15
Regain (from 6m +): for those further along their post natal journey, a mix of cardio and strength training to leave you feeling energised. Thursdays, 9:30 - 10:15
