I offer one -to-one and two-to-one training tailored to your fitness goals and experience, creating sessions that will challenge and encourage you. Using a mix of equipment and exercises you'll have fun, whilst getting in shape! As part of your package you'll also receive a personlised plan which can be done between sessions at home, or in the gym.
Sessions are run at your home, or local park in Reading and surrounding areas.
Exercise during pregnancy has proven mental and physical benefits for both you and your baby, it can also help with a quicker recovery post birth., or read on.
