Post natal fitness in Reading, Berkshire

Rebuild strength and fitness after birth

As a personal trainer, specialising in pre and post-natal fitness, I understand how challenging it can be to adapt to the changes in your body during pregnancy and after birth. If you want support to build fitness and strength after birth, I'm here to help you through every step of the process, whether you're 6 weeks postpartum, or 6 years.


As a mobile post natal personal trainer, based in Reading, I can run sessions in a location that suits you such as your home, garden or local park, at a time that suits you and your baby's schedule. Sessions are available in Reading and surrounding areas of Berkshire and South Oxfordshire.


4th Trimester

New parenthood is a time of change, in particular during the first three months of your baby's life, the 4th trimester. My 4th trimester package is designed to help you start to restore your body after birth. Focusing on pelvic floor and postural alignment, I will help you to build solid foundations so that you can continue your post natal fitness journey with confidence.

 

Personalised post natal fitness plans tailored to you

Having had two children myself, I know first-hand how important it is to have a safe and effective fitness plan after childbirth. I’ll work with you to understand your health and fitness goals, to create a personalised post natal fitness plan that will help you meet them in a safe, enjoyable and sustainable way. 


Post-Birth recovery & rebuilding your strength

After birth, my sessions are designed to support your post natal recovery, focusing on core rehabilitation and restoring your overall fitness gradually and safely. Once you’re ready, we can increase the intensity and challenge of your workouts, helping you return to your pre-pregnancy fitness levels and beyond!


Small group post natal fitness classes

If you're interested in exercising with other new parents, alongside your baby, I also offer small group fitness classes tailored to the needs of post natal women. These classes are perfect for those looking to train in a supportive environment with others going through similar experiences. Get in touch to learn more about post natal group classes in Reading!

Join us every Thursday morning, at Christchurch meadows, Caversham, Reading for post natal classes.
